ご予約のキャンセルをご希望の際は、必ず営業時間内にお電話にてご連絡をお願いいたします。
すべてのキャンセルはお電話でのみ受け付けております。
当店では1グループごとの貸切ツアーを提供しておりますため、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
営業時間外にご連絡いただいた場合は、翌営業日の受付とさせていただきます。
台風・地震などの自然災害や、飛行機・フェリー等の交通機関の欠航に伴うキャンセルにつきましては、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。

当日、海の状況によってはプランの開催場所が変更になることがあります。
そちらを理由にキャンセルすることはできませんのでご了承ください。

■ Same-day cancellation: 100% of the tour fee
■ Cancellation the day before: 70% of the tour fee
■Cancellation two days before: 50% of the tour fee
■ No-show without notice: 100% of the tour fee

If you wish to cancel your booked tour, please be sure to contact us during our business hours.
All cancellations must be made by phone. Please note: As we offer private tours for each group, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Cancellations made outside of business hours will be considered as received on the next business day.
In the event of natural disasters (such as typhoons or earthquakes) or transportation cancellations (ex, flights or ferries), no cancellation fee will be charged.

Depending on sea conditions on the day, the tour location may be changed.
Please note that cancellations for this reason cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
